Documents: Lease documents and other files you upload are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics on how you use the Service to improve our product.
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send important account notifications, respond to support requests, and improve the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Landlord-Tenant relationship: Tenants can view their own lease details, payment history, and property information as entered by their landlord. Landlords can view messages sent by their tenants.
Payment processing: We share necessary information with Stripe to process subscription payments and rent payments.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may request a complete export of your data by contacting us. You may delete your account, which will remove your data within 30 days. If you are a tenant, you may request your landlord update or correct your information.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
