By accessing or using LandlordLogics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by LandlordLogics ("we", "us", "our").
LandlordLogics is a property management platform that provides tools for landlords to manage properties, tenants, finances, and maintenance. We also provide a tenant portal for tenants to view lease information, make payments, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with landlords.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Landlord accounts require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
LandlordLogics facilitates rent payments between tenants and landlords through Stripe Connect. We are not a party to the landlord-tenant relationship. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to all rent payments. We are not responsible for payment disputes between landlords and tenants. Landlords are responsible for compliance with all applicable rent collection laws.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including property information, tenant records, financial data, and documents. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, to infringe on the rights of others, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for the accuracy of financial calculations — consult a tax professional for tax-related decisions.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
